Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the services that help us run Foxley, and only what they need: our website host (Google Firebase), our form provider (Formspree), our email provider and our accounting software. Each one is bound to protect your information. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, it does so under safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 12 months.
- Project records: 6 years, as required for tax and accounting.
