These terms cover your use of this website and design and fleet wrap projects with Foxley. Foxley is a trading name of Foxley Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15262487) with its registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
Using this website
You’re welcome to browse and share this site. The designs, photography and words on it belong to Foxley or to the clients shown, so please don’t copy or reuse them without asking.
Design projects
- Every project starts with a written quote setting out the scope, price, payment schedule and timings. Work begins once you’ve accepted it.
- Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any extra work is done.
- You’re responsible for making sure the words, images and logos you supply are yours to use.
- Once a project is paid in full, you own the final approved designs. Earlier drafts and unused ideas stay with Foxley.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to in writing.
- Fleet wraps are quoted per project, including printing, any fitting, and the guarantee that applies. Please check with your frame or ski maker that a wrap won’t affect their warranty.
Liability
We do our best to make sure everything we design and supply is right. Our liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow liability to be limited, such as for death or injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
